Pre-Assembled Panels

The Union Iron Works Temp-Stor containment system is completely engineered, featuring wall modules assembled in 10 foot long sections … in heights of 4, 6, and 9 1/2 feet.

Each module panel has a perforated metal grain face, collapsible support legs, and a 16-inch lap splice to make a grain-tight seal between panels.

A complete 100 foot x 300 foot x 4 foot Union Works Temp-Stor containment wall system, consisting of 80 panels and holding 325,000 bushels of grain, can be shipped on one flatbed truck.

The Union Iron Works Temp-Stor system’s modular design allows it to be installed on slightly uneven surfaces.

Excavation, engineered site preparation, and placement of concrete or compacted fill is not required in most cases.

Aeration System

The customized aeration system features 1/10 cfm of air, providing sufficient air movement to maintain grain quality for the life of the grain’s storage.
